“We opted for bed and breakfast , the room was just what was needed for the night and the breakfast served in the pub next door was lovely We will stay here Again”

“Property is easy to locate, but details of check in is delayed, . I was outside for so long due to the owner not picking calls on time It was cold in the room, noise from the corridor, loud music through the corridor and the shower was so noisy I booked it just to have few tours of sleep before resuming work unfortunately that didn’t happened.”

“The room was disgusting, smelly, bathroom damaged, a filthy dirty, window bricked view, walls damaged and paint peeling off all the exterior windows. I witnessed drug use - The hotel was like a homeless shelter and they were certainly not customers. Thankfully, the WiFi was good, giving me the opportunity to find another hotel for the night. “Room was clean and small but adequate for my needs. Staff very helpful and responsive when I had questions. On street parking not an issue, as spaces were available.”

“Great accommodation a short walk from the train station and town centre in Preston. It had a homely feel and felt private, with a good level of cleanliness. It was easy to contact the host, who clearly cared about us having a good stay. Would return!”
