“Nice boutique style hotel in a good part of town, close to train, pubs, university, etc. I’d say it’s a little overpriced for what it is though. A solid 4 star review.”

“Man on desk polite. Surprised when told our room was in another building, next to hotel. Freezing cold initially as heater just coming warm. Strange smell in the room, however clean sheets and fresh towels available. Room needs painting as lots of marks everywhere. Tea and coffee avaiable in the room. Very basic room, probably right for the money we paid. Would not stay again”

“Great accommodation a short walk from the train station and town centre in Preston. It had a homely feel and felt private, with a good level of cleanliness. It was easy to contact the host, who clearly cared about us having a good stay. Would return!”
